The Baton Rouge Police have made an arrest in the April 9th shooting death of Daisy Blake, 32 of Clayton Dr. in Baton Rouge. The Baton Rouge Police Department is currently searching for a man who was last seen near the levee in downtown Baton Rouge. Police say Nichollas Perkins, 24, was last seen jogging near the levee.
